“Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle profound non-invasive, hands-on treatment for the whole body. Performed on a massage table, the client is fully clothed and the touch is generally light and still. The treatment is focused on supporting the health of the whole being, especially the nervous system.” (*1)

HAKOMI BODYWORK
“Consciousness needs to be on board for true, reparative change to happen” ~ Jules Harris
This highly collaborative therapeutic modality incorporates hands-on work in the form of massage, structural work, movement and body awareness. Clients generally remained clothed for these sessions. With this style of bodywork, mindfulness is a key ingredient. Mindfulness, as used in this setting, is “assisted self study”: we take the time to simply allow & study the client’s experience before we “do” anything about it. We slow down, as I blend touch and verbal dialogue, so that we can explore what is being expressed in the body through sensation & felt experience. Learn more about how you inhabit the body you live in!
The goal of this work is not to release or fix or get rid of… it is to get to know WHAT IS” ~ Morgan Holford
(90 minutes sessions only)
SWEDISH MASSAGE
This is what most folks think of when they imagine relaxing, therapeutic, stress-reducing massage. Using a series of techniques and long, gliding & kneading strokes, as well as gentle joint movement, this massage style offers a deep sense of well being and restoration. Pressure can range from very light to deeply nurturing, depending on your needs & preferences on any given day.
(30, 45, 60, 90 & 120 minute sessions)
DEEP TISSUE
This massage is best for addressing specific, painful, “trouble spots” in your body. I use slow, deliberate strokes that focus pressure on layers of muscles, tendons, & other tissues deep under your skin. Generally, this massage style is utilized on specific areas of the body & focuses on realigning deeper layers of muscle & connective tissue. Deep tissue massage can be therapeutic in helping to relieving chronic patterns of tension and helping with muscle injuries.
(30, 45, 60, 90 & 120 minute sessions)
WARM HIMALAYAN SALT STONE OR HOT STONE MASSAGE
For this style of massage, YOU choose if you would like warmed Himalayan Salt Stones OR Hot Mexican Beach Stones. The stones are used as massage tools as well as allowed to rest on areas of the body that deepen your sense of relaxation. Used along with other massage techniques, Salt Stones OR Mexican Beach Stones stones can be quite soothing and relaxing as they transmit heat deep into the body.
Himalayan Salt Stones are also believed to have additional benefits such as: Increasing blood circulation, leaving the skin refreshed & glowy, reducing inflammation of muscles & joints from the moist heat, providing deep relaxation from the negative ions released from the heated stones.
Please book 24 hours in advance to allow for prep time.
(90 & 120 minute sessions only)
PEDIATRIC MASSAGE & BIODYNAMIC CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY
Children of all ages have just as many indications for receiving massage therapy as adults. Biodynamic CranialSacral Therapy (BCST) is an especially gentle way of working with babies and children. Like us adults, children need nurturing touch to grow and reach their full potential. Pediatric massage & BCST can aid in children’s restful sleep, help unwind birth (& other) trauma, enhance nervous system regulation, support their stress reduction and provide comfort for growing pains. Plus, “it just feels good”, as one 11 year old client says!
I request that a parent/guardian remain in the massage office for the full duration of the service for all children 16 years old and younger.
(30, 45 & 60 minute sessions only)
AROMATHERAPY MASSAGE
Aromatherapy is the use of essential oils to promote healing and a feeling of well-being and relaxation. Essential oils are extracted from various parts of herbs & plants and contain all the properties of the plants themselves. The essential oils are blended with my carrier oil or lotion. You may a choose which essential oils you would like to incorporate into your massage.

For Example:
Top Price for a 60 minute session: $90; *The top price is the actual cost of the session. If you choose a session price below the top tier you are receiving a discount.
Middle Price for a 60 minute session: $80; *The middle price is for those who are able to meet their basic needs but have little-to-no expendable income. Paying for this session cost may qualify as a sacrifice but it would not create hardship.
Bottom Price for a 60 minute session: $70; *The bottom price is for those who struggle to meet basic needs and paying for this session would still be a significant hardship.
Pay-It-Forward Price for a 60 minute session: $95-$100; *The Pay-It-Forward price is a few dollars above the actual cost of the session and that extra money goes towards supporting scholarships for other community members to receive affordable care. Essentially it’s an opportunity to not only receive your session but also support your fellow community members while you’re at it. ALL cash tips received will go towards this scholarship fund.
*The Scholarship Fund has already been seeded from previous cash tips. This on-going, rolling fund allows me to live my values of radical inclusiveness & equitable access to care while also receiving fair compensation for my work. Anyone can self-qualify for the scholarship fund: I trust you to be honest and authentic with me, as I will be with you. If you are curious about how the Scholarship fund works, how to determine if it is something you’d like to utilize or know of someone who might benefit, please contact me via phone/text/email so that we can have a conversation.
